Reservations are being accepted for a new hands-on class, “Create A Video Story,” to be co-taught by Club President Jonathan Williams and longtime member Sheryl Martin, winner of many awards in the club’s Annual Video Contest. The class will meet on two Saturdays, September 21 and 28, from 9 am to noon and then resume from 1 to 4 pm in the Video Lab.

The class is based on a similar, very successful class taught by the same team last fall.
Your instructors will teach you how to (1) develop your story; (2) collect what you need to tell that story, including photos, video clips, music, narration, memorabilia, and artifacts of all sorts; (3) upload media to a video editing app; (4) design your video to be interesting, exciting, and informative; and (5) publish your video for others to enjoy.
You may use software you already know — or learn to use the versatile, free app Canva.
Cost is $25 for members, $40 for non-members (includes club membership). Full information is available in the flyer.
