3rd Annual Summer BBQ Buffet Set for August 18

The Video Club’s annual Summer BBQ will move indoors to become a BBQ Buffet next month. Mark your calendar for Thursday, August 18, at the 19 Restaurant. Time is 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.  The cost for the down-home spread will be $10 for members, $20 for guests (with the club picking up half the tab for members in an annual “thank you” tradition, according to President Steve Carman).

The Program
We will be honoring and celebrating members turning 90 and above and featuring the Best of the Short Film Showcase’s videos.

Due to new COVID-related restrictions on Village facility use, the outdoor event which was successfully held in 2021 on the Clubhouse 2 patio with member “chefs” grilling the meat and member “servers” filling the plates, had to be moved to the 19 Restaurant this year. Marsha Berman will again chair the event, so expect a great evening!
