‘Introduction to DaVinci Resolve’ Workshop Starts October 10

Learn how to turn your video into cinematic magic with video editing, color grading, audio, and visual effects using the free version of DaVinci Resolve in a series of three Video Club workshops on October 10, 17, and 24, 2025, taught by David Wells. The Friday classes will be held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Video Lab (inside Gate 12, between Clubhouse 2 and the pool). No prior experience is necessary — just bring your creativity and enthusiasm!

In the October 10 workshop, attendees will be given an overview of DaVinci Resolve, a video editing and post-production software tool available for Windows, MacOS, and Linux. Those who wish to continue with the full three-session workshop may sign up following the first session. Cost is $15 for club members, $30 for non-members (includes Video Club membership for 2025 and 2026),

Developed by Blackmagic Design, DaVinci Resolve provides video editing, color grading, visual effects, motion graphics, sound editing, and more in one powerful solution. The paid full version of the program is widely used by film industry professionals.
