Teacher/coach/writer/director/actress/comedienne Dr. Jeanne Mayer will repeat her popular class on video performance techniques this spring. “Smile for the Camera,” first offered last fall, features recording sessions where students perform for critique and evaluation. A Village resident and Video One member, Dr. Jeanne’s writing, coaching and directing credits include many stage productions. As a S.A.G.actress/comedienne, she appeared in the ABC TV Mini-Series “War and Remembrance” and played principal roles in numerous TV commercials. As a variety talk series show host, she has been seen on “Songwriters’ Spotlight,” “Torrance Today,“ and “Joy In The Morning.” She holds a Ph.D. In Educational Television and is on faculty at CalState LA, Fullerton, and San Bernardino. She is currently in pre-production for a children’s television show.
