Wolfgang Kutter Will Be Missed!

“I am sad to share with you, Wolfgang’s son Norbert called me today to tell me that Wolfgang passed in his sleep sometime this morning (10/7/24).  Thankfully, Norbert was staying there for a while and was able to spend precious time with his father.

“Wolfgang was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and went through chemotherapy, but that was not enough.  He was calm and resigned, and he did not suffer greatly at the end, and passed quietly.

“Norbert shared a family secret – his father would call occasionally and ask for help on a computer or software question.  Norbert was proud of his Dad and was glad to give his support to the Video Club

“OUR FRIDAY SUPERVISOR”
Wolfgang was well-known to Village residents, using the media-capture and video-editing facilities in the Video Lab, as our Friday Supervisor — the one who could usually solve your problem. It was a job he ably performed for many years. He also served as the club’s Lead Supervisor, organizing planning and training sessions for the other volunteers.

Glenn Brown, Commodore of the Laguna Woods Village Yacht Club, where Wolfgang was also an active member, shared this comment: “Wolfgang was a special person, and we all mourn his passing and celebrate his life.”
