The success of the Video Club’s Short Film Showcase, presented online with 24 Zoom participants on June 1, has prompted the club to make the previously-quarterly activity a monthly event – at least during the COVID 19 shutdown – according to club President Steve Carman.
The eighth Short Film Showcase will be held Monday, September 7, at 1 pm with a selection of dramas, comedies, documentaries, and animations chosen to entertain, inspire, and motivate. Online group discussion will follow each video, led by Dr. Tom Nash. Stephanie Brasher and Betsy Martin coordinate the Showcase.
