“Eyes on Books” is Suzanne Savlov’s newest project. Participation in her local book club inspired the highly creative originator/producer/editor of two previous TV shows, “Welcome to My Home” and “Beyond the Gates” (both produced by Video Club’s Video One Productions). The new half-hour program will focus on writers and readers. A tech rehearsal/planning session was held on Monday, September 6, in the Video Studio – with the welcome mat out for all to join.
Says Suzanne: “I am hoping that everyone can come and lend a hand to get our studio up and running for practice for this new show. We will need lots of help with equipment (camera, switcher, audio, lighting, floor manager, director and etc). We will be (shooting video on) our first author on October 18 ( Fiona Davis from New York) and on October 25 (Gwendolyn Womack from Los Angeles).”
Suzanne (in center, below) introduced the show’s concept at a planning meeting on August 16 in the Video Studio.
