Students Enthusiastic About “Clips” Class

“Clips” Class A Hit, May Be Repeated

If you’d like to see a sample of what can be done with Apple’s innovative new “Clips” app, check out this video on the Video Club’s YouTube channel. Apple enthusiast Stephanie Brasher, our club Secretary and a Mac Club Supervisor, created it to promote the Video Club class which she taught last month on using “Clips,” a simplified iPhone/iPad movie-making app. Photo shows Stephanie, center, conducting class.

Stephanie’s students were so enthusiastic that a third session was added to the original two – in spite of (or perhaps because of ) Apple unexpectedly revising the app with a much-changed interface in the middle of the class.

Due to requests from some who missed the class, Stephanie may repeat it later this year. Watch for our Winter-Spring 2018 Class Schedule. A California native born in Glendale, Stephanie moved to the Village in 2015. Her favorite pre-retirement job was as a correspondent for a Laguna Beach newspaper.
