The Video Club of Laguna Woods announces a Special Fundraiser Event — “Remember When? An Evening of Memories, Simpler Times & Community” — to be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 in Clubhouse 6.
With a suggested donation of $20 per family, the event will replace the club’s June General Meeting, normally held on third Wednesday evenings. Doors open at 6:30 pm; the program begins at 7 pm.

The evening will feature a fascinating documentary film journey to Intercourse, PA, a peaceful village in the heart of Lancaster County, home to Amish and Mennonite communities where life moves at a gentler pace. The film was written and produced by Village resident John G. Peters, Jr., a Video Club member.
Watch – Remember – Share
Enjoy an inspiring documentary and then stay for a lively discussion about “the good old days” — childhood memories, family traditions, simpler living, neighborhood values, and how life today compares with our yesteryears.

Why This Fundraiser Matters
Funds raised will help replace valuable equipment damaged in an accident at the Video Lab. Your support helps the Video Club continue producing documentaries, dramatic films, interviews, educational programs, and community stories that preserve and celebrate the voices and history of Laguna Woods Village.
Come relive cherished memories and support the future of community storytelling.
